Shipping Policy

KORE currently ships within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days after your order is accepted.

Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel the order or change the shipping address.

Shipping Times

After your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated U.S. delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, when available

Please keep in mind that these shipping estimates begin after your order has finished processing.

In most cases, customers should allow approximately 4–9 business days total for standard orders to be processed and delivered.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we work to get orders delivered as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

KORE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your information before placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to update or change the shipping address.

KORE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members, neighbors, or your local USPS office.

If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us and we will review the situation.
